The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for educating new patients about the Cordant Pharmacy Program, onboarding and enrolling patients, and delivering prescription medications to patients at an assigned client location. The Patient Services Coordinator also acts as a liaison to Cordant’s pharmacy, provides information about the Cordant Pharmacy Program, and resolves any emerging problems that may arise in assigned client accounts. The Patient Services Coordinator must maintain a high degree of security, ethical conduct, and provide excellent customer service to clients and patients. Laboratory collection responsibilities may also be required, depending on the needs of the client the Patient Services Coordinator supports. The Patient Services Coordinator reports to the Regional Pharmacy Supervisor. This Patient Services Coordinator role is compensated between $19-$21. We are seeking an enthusiastic Laboratory Collection Specialist to join our Field Operations team in Pulaski COUNTY.  The selected candidate will be performing mobile, home-based collections for participants required to complete drug screens as part of their involvement with the Indiana Department of Child Services. The Mobile Laboratory Collection Specialist is responsible for collecting, logging, ordering, processing, and shipping urine, oral fluid(saliva), and/or hair specimens for drug testing in accordance with contractual requirements. The Mobile LCS will cover specific counties within the state of Indiana, traveling to homes and collection sites to perform collection duties. Daily travel routes will be provided each morning before the start of the scheduled shift. This position will also be on-call to support emergency collection requests after hours as-needed, including potential overnights and weekends. The Mobile LCS will also provide support to the Program Manager and Regional Lead ensuring that third party collection sites meet Cordant’s standards for the Indiana Department of Child Safety program. The pay range for this role is $16.00-$18.00 per hour. Emergency collection requests completed outside of regular business hours will be paid at your regular hourly rate (with overtime, if applicable), in addition to a $100 collection bonus! The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 10:00am-6:00pm.

Daily travel routes will be provided each morning before the start of the scheduled shift. This position will also be on-call to support emergency collection requests after hours as-needed, including potential overnights and weekends. The Mobile LCS will also provide support to the Program Manager and Regional Lead ensuring that third party collection sites meet Cordant’s standards for the Indiana Department of Child Safety program. The pay range for this role is $16.00-$18.00 per hour. Emergency collection requests completed outside of regular business hours will be paid at your regular hourly rate (with overtime, if applicable), in addition to a $100 collection bonus! Under the supervision of the Auto Chemistry Manager the Auto-Chemistry Tech will be responsible for initial screening tests at Cordant.  Duties include but are not limited to: testing on automated chemistry analyzers for immunoassay screening and sample validity testing. The schedule for this role is a rotating schedule: Morning: 4:30 am to 3:30pm Swing Morning: 9:00 am to 6:00pm Swing night: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Night: 2:00pm to about 1:00 am.

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm, and subject to change. The pay for this position is set at $20.00/hr. You will also receive a $1,000 sign on bonus split in to two payments, less any applicable taxes. The first payment totaling $500 will be furnished after completing [50 hours worked/ 30 days of employment], and the remaining $500 will be paid after [250 total hours worked/ 90 days of employment].
